Where do we ship?

We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working on worldwide distribution. Do you reside outside the US? Please send us an email at sheajoyproducts@gmail.com.

When will my products be shipped?

Your order will typically ship out within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation for your package(s). If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at sheajoyproducts@gmail.com

Missing or Lost orders

If your order is missing or lost, your first step would be to contact your mail carrier. Also if you live in an apartment community, please double-check your leasing/mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages have been turned over to the carrier we only have access to the same delivery information that you see on your end.
